“Floor Sealants and Wood Floor Bonding”

Synopsis:
The first part of the training will focus on the characteristics of floor sealants required to meet the demands of architects and building owners. Application and testing of different sealants will be demonstrated. Priming and calculation of sealant consumption will be discussed. The second part will introduce the different types of wood floors and their suitability for elastic bonding. Advantages of each system will be discussed. Application of elastic wood floor adhesive with acoustic mat will also be demonstrated. This training shall raise the awareness of the importance of selecting the correct floor joint sealant and wood floor system to meet the main requirements associated with major types of buildings such as car parks, pedestrian areas, showrooms, etc. The training will end with a Q&A session.
