CONSTITUTION REVIEW COMMITTEE 2008 / 2009

  1 Mission Statement - To promote the advancement of architecture and the architectural profession for the betterment of society.
  2 Strategy - To review the PAM Constitution and Bye-laws and to amend according to the changing needs of the Institute and Profession.
  3 Scope of Works - To review and finalise the draft PAM Fellow Members Bye-laws based on PAM Constitution II.2.5.
      - To review and finalise the draft amendment of the PAM Disciplinary Constitution V.35 and Disciplinary Bye-laws 11.
      - To amend the PAM Constitution and Bye-laws where relevant to be in line with the latest Amendment in the Architect’s Act and Rules.
      - To amend any other PAM Constitution and Bye-laws where necessary and as directed by PAM Council.
