Design Architect
Resposibilities :
- Candidate is responsible to conceptualize the design to be presented to client within the deadline;
- Candidate should have the design flair and experience to oversee the design aspects of the firm,
ranging from residential to mixed used developments; - Candidates should have the aptitude, experience, and communication skills to coordinate with clients;
consultants, and other specialists to further develop the schematic design to next stage; - Candidates should pose the knowledge of local codes so that the schematic designs are complied
with the regulations;
- LAM Part II or equivalent;
- Required skill(s) :Adobe Photoshop, AutoCad, Revit, 3D sketch up, and other presentation softwares;
- Required language(s) :English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
- Candidates must pose proven design flair and experience in conceptualise designs to manner that to be presented to clients;
- Candidate must have minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field, experience in mixed development and university campus design will be advantage;
- Positon is open for offices in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru and Melaka. Candidate shall state their their

Senior Technical Assistant
Resposibilities :- Candidate is responsible to lead the technical team to develop the design drawings into full
working drawings for projects; - Candidate must be proficient in technical and local authority codes knowledge, to ensure that the
design is in compliance with the regulations and by-laws; - Candidate must pose leadership quality to lead the technical team;.
- Candidate shall be able to provide the necessary support to assist the team members;
Requirements:
- Candidates must be qualified person with min. Diploma or equivalent.
- Candidate must be proficient in CAD programs, experience in Revit Program would be an
advantage; - Candidate must have minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field, experience in
mixed development and university campus design will be advantage; - Required language(s) :English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Candidates must be willing to learn & work as team player;.
