Graduate Architect

Job Descriptions:
Assisting director in liaising with client & consultant, supervising project from schematic, design submission, tender and construction drawings

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a recognised Degree/Master in Architecture equivalent to LAM Part II.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
  • Capability in 3D rendering will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Sustainable Design will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of authorities submission requirements
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply

 

Assistant Architect

Job Descriptions:
Assisting architects in schematic, design submission, tender and construction drawings.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma / Degree (equivalent to LAM Part I)
  • Min 2 years of working experience in high rise and mixed development projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD software
  • Preferably with strong background in technical requirement
  • Basic knowledge of authorities submission requirements
  • Matured, proactive and ability to work independently with focus on task completion and dateline

 

Inspector of Work

Job Descriptions:

  • 2 months (short term) contract
  • Responsivities - Inspection of site works to ensure workmanship accordance to specifications.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Architecture.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in high-rise.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
