Liability, Strata and the Practice Lifecycle
A reminder and warm welcome to PAM Members to join us for the first Practice Talk by the Professional Practice Committee (PPC) in 2026.
This session continues two highly followed subjects from the PAM Professional Practice Forum 2025 (PPF2025) — professional liability and strata practice — and extends the discussion into practical issues that architects face in practice.
- Mr. Daniel Tan Wee Xian will expand further on liability beyond completion, limitation periods, estate liability and professional risk.
- Mr. Chris Tan Chur Pim will continue the strata conversation, moving from the Strata Titles Act into the Strata Management Act and its practical implications for architects.
- Ar. Sharina Intan Abdullah from LAM will share first-hand insights on ACP registration, compliance, and the full practice lifecycle from registration to cessation.
A compact half-day session, with topics that matter to every practising architect.
